If your plan expires, your data becomes read-only for 30 days. You can still download your files before deletion.

Inactivity policy
After 90 days with no login, a warning email is sent. After 120 days, the account and all files are permanently deleted.

Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time from your dashboard. The change is immediate.
Are payments secure?
Yes, we use trusted mobile payment operators (Orange Money, Wave, MTN, etc.) with encrypted transactions.
What is a storage add-on?
Add-ons are additional storage blocks you can purchase without changing your plan. Available from the Pro plan.
Is there a commitment period?
No, all plans are commitment-free. You pay month by month and cancel whenever you want.
What happens if I don't renew?
Your data becomes read-only for 30 days. After that, your quota drops to 10 GB (Free tier). If you don't resubscribe, files are deleted after the grace period.
Are my files encrypted?
Yes. All files are encrypted at rest by default using AES-256, powered by Cloudflare R2. Your data is protected without any additional configuration on your part.
